Since dates are perishable food items, returns are not accepted after delivery unless:
• The product is received damaged.
• The product is different from what you ordered.
In such cases:
• Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide us with a photo showing the issue.
• We will cover the shipping cost and either replace the product or issue a refund.
Yes, exchanges are possible only if the product is damaged upon delivery or different from your order.
Exchanges for personal reasons (such as change of mind) are not allowed due to food safety regulations.
